Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to many countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at shop@gemkingdom.nl and we will gladly assist you.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and include a photo. We will do our best to resolve it quickly.
Materials & Care
What materials do you use?
Gem Kingdom pieces are handcrafted in sterling silver or 18k gold-plated brass. We also use a wide range of natural and artisan materials including freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, mother of pearl, horn, bone, engraved glass, coral, and hand-cast resin. Each product page lists the exact materials used.
Is your jewellery nickel-free?
Our sterling silver pieces are made to EU standards and are nickel-safe. If you have a known metal sensitivity, please check the materials listed on the product page or contact us for advice.
How do I care for my Gem Kingdom jewellery?

How do I find my ring size?

Are any of your pieces adjustable?

Can I have a piece personalised?

The Brand
Where is Gem Kingdom based?
We are based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Our showroom is open every Friday on appointment at Javakade 760, 1019 SH Amsterdam.
What is Happy Baby?
Happy Baby is one of Gem Kingdom's most beloved series — a collection of hand-crafted porcelain baby figurines and wearable jewellery. Each Happy Baby character is unique and has become a genuine collector's item over the years. New characters are added each season.
