We want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved making it. If it's not the perfect fit, you can return your order within 14 days. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached.
• Personalized & Custom Items: Personalized or custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. A custom item is any modification, size, or variation requested by the customer that is not a standard selectable option on our product pages — including custom ring sizes, bracelet lengths, or engravings. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

• We offer complimentary return shipping on all items returned for store credit.
• If you prefer a refund to your bank account, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total or paid upfront.
• To start a return, click the return request link in the order confirmation email you received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 2–4 business days.
